Planning an event and want quotes? Use the form. Everything else — listing corrections, claims, privacy requests, press — is routed below it.
You own or manage a venue
- Claim your listing → /claim-your-listing/. Claiming lets you edit the description, phone, website and capacity, add photos and reply to planner reviews.
- A correction, or a removal → email [email protected] with the listing URL and what is wrong. Corrections are usually handled within 3 business days; many are same-day.
- Advertiser and lead-buyer questions → email [email protected] and include the lead ID or venue page URL so we can find it quickly.
Privacy or data request
Use the portal at /privacy-requests/ rather than email, so the request is logged against its statutory clock from the moment you submit it. We acknowledge within 10 days and fulfil within 45, per CCPA.
For a general privacy question that is not a formal request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy".
Anything else
Email [email protected]. We typically respond within one business day.
Press — same address, subject "Press". We can connect you with team leadership for interviews or quotes.
Postal mail — we are a US-based team operating out of Florida. Email first so we can route physical mail to the right address.
Response times
- Venue quote requests: routed to venues immediately; most reply within one business day.
- General inquiries: 1 business day.
- Privacy / DSR requests: acknowledged within 10 days, fulfilled within 45 days (per CCPA).
- Inaccurate listing reports: usually within 3 business days.
