Cookie Preferences
We use minimal cookies. This page explains what we use, why, and how to change your choice at any time.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use the advertising and analytics categories below, which California, Colorado and Connecticut law can treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. One click opts this browser out of all of it.
This applies to the browser you are using now, because it is stored in the
corp_consent cookie rather than against an account. To opt out
everywhere at once, turn on
Global Privacy Control
in your browser; we honor it automatically on arrival (see §4).
To have data we already hold deleted or exported, or to opt out under a name rather than a browser, use Data requests. California-specific detail is on the CCPA / CPRA page.
1. Cookie categories
| Category | Always on? | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Yes | Records your cookie consent choice (corp_consent) and any session state required to operate the Site. Cannot be disabled. |
| Analytics | Off by default | Aggregated traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4). Helps us understand which content is useful. Does not identify you individually. |
| Advertising | Off by default | Future-use only. Phase 1 of the Site does not run any third-party advertising cookies. AdSense, when enabled in a later phase, will appear under this category and require explicit consent. |
| Personalization | Off by default | Future-use only. Phase 1 does not personalize content per-visitor. |
2. Default state — strict mode
Until you choose, all non-necessary cookies are OFF. No analytics or advertising cookies are set. The Site fully operates in this state.
3. Reject-All has equal prominence
Our cookie banner displays "Reject all" with the same visual prominence and DOM order as "Accept all", per GDPR / EDPB guidance and CA AG guidance. We do not use dark patterns to nudge consent.
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
For California, Colorado, and Connecticut residents, we automatically honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing". When detected, you'll see a footer confirmation. No need to interact with the cookie banner if your browser already sends GPC.
5. Change your choice anytime
Use the button at the top of this page or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.
6. Your consent record
When you accept or reject, we record the timestamp, your selection, your IP (hashed), and your user-agent in our database — this is required by GDPR for proof-of-consent. Retention: 24 months from the last consent change.
7. Browser-level controls
You can also clear cookies and block them entirely via your browser settings. Doing so will reset your consent state on next visit; the banner will appear again.
